Rhonda was the third realtor I had to tried to work with on my search at Bethany beach. The first two were terrible with communication and just stopped returning my calls. When I first got in touch with Rhonda, she called me and spent an hour on the phone with me to find out what we were looking for and where. She was very intuitive about what we wanted and where we would be most happy. Our search began in sea colony and ended up in south Bethany and couldn’t be happier. She listened to our needs and steered us in the correct direction of where we would be happiest based on our requirements. She always made herself available to us when we needed to look at homes. Without being fully aware of the area, she always led us to the houses that would most suit our needs. Even after closing, she is still assisting us with her help in ensuring we get all things set upon the house. We are much appreciative and grateful to Rhonda doe her hard efforts on finding us the perfect home that we know will being any incredible memories to our families for years to come.
