Betsy was thorough and timely with her communications. She was available when we wanted to see a property. Her temperament and demeanor is relaxed, yet she is forthcoming about sharing her knowledge and ensuring that we understood why a property may or may not be a good fit (even when we might not have known this ourselves). We never felt rushed or that we were wasting her time, despite the fact that we were initially in the early stages of the buying process and we weren't sure exactly when we would want to make our purchase.
