Knowledge of residential real estate is the strong suit of Linda and Kathy's involvement. They bring enthusiasm, thorough and comprehensive information, and a ready smile to the process. We listened to their recommendations for improvements and did our best to prepare our property prior to the listing. Linda and Kathy also listened and learned what we knew about the property. The results provided less stress and more confidence for us and for them. We think this exchange brought clarity and accuracy to the information in the listing. When it came time to show our property the time spent preparing and consulting brought us many prospects and minimum waiting for offers. The information in the listing closely matched what those prospects saw when looking at the property. And following the acceptance of an offer, the closing was enhanced by their knowledge of that process also. All of our experience with Linda and Kathy was positive, professional, and comprehensive. We would highly recommend them to provide helpful ideas to prepare your property, and list and sell your property.

Kathy and Linda are absolutely wonderful to work with. Very professional, and also very warm, and supportive. They work so well with each other, and with their clients.

I had a wonderful experience with Carla. She helped me to find exactly what I was looking for, which was a single level house in or around the Dover area. She is very professional, help me feel at ease in my search and good with attention to details.
