As we were moving to an area he didn't service, he recommended our buying agent to us, and worked hand in hand to make sure our contingency buy/sell went off without a hitch. He was always there when needed, and even at hours that were not "normal". Bill is a consummate whom we highly recommend!

Me and my girlfriend were house hunting for over 4 years. Peggy was always one call or text away. She would contact sellers and get us info on anything we wanted to know ASAP. We would find houses online and if she was available we would go look at it same day. Once we did find a house peggy made sure we were getting the best possible deal all while ensuring our offer would be the final bid. Peggy was able to have the seller fix anything to an extent that we were concerned about after the home inspection so everyone was on the same terms going on with the final processes of purchasing a house.

Gains a quick understanding of what the buyer wants and doesn't try to "sell" clients on a property that is not a good fit. Definitely keep doing independent searches because the MLS won't show everything and sometimes lags. The agent is most important for the negotiation portion of the deal and the contracts/documents. Though you may wind up finding something you like on your own, Dianne is great at researching a property and comparisons, being honest about what it's worth, and helping you make a strong offer.
