My agent was able to work with us beyond the 90 days prior to closing. Her effort to find us the right home was unmatched. Every time we want to see a home, she was able to make it happen within a reasonable timeframe. We wanted to look at home 5 months out to make sure that we’re able to thoroughly search the souther Delaware/Sussex County areas. Our agent was able to answer VA related question and if she didn’t know the answer, she was sure to find it for us. We’re very grateful for her assistance.

Chris really was top-notch. She obviously knows this in industry in and out. When buying a house, there are many things that you look for and she made sure she pointed out all of the things that were great and some of the flaws so I knew what to put my head around. It was a back-and-forth process on which houses would work, which houses wouldn’t work with a tight area and budget restriction. She really went above and beyond and treated me like family. Which is all you can ask for when you’re putting your home and someone else else’s hands. Everything is settled. Everything is great. Can’t wait for after the holidays to have her over and see all the wonderful magic that she’s helped me create. And hopefully this spring have our deck party. ❤️
