Contacted Chris just to say we are now beginning to look for a new home! Explained what we were looking for and the next day we drove down to Delaware because Chris had 5 homes set up for us to look at! I wanted to drop one from our list because on a site it said high flood risk. Chris said let me look into it before you take it off the list. An hour later he had contacted the development company, looked at fema maps and determined that was not the case! We looked at those 5 and the house I almost dropped from the list was the one we purchased and love! Had trouble with the sale of our house in NJ and Chris was able to get the builder to wait the extra month plus for us to close! Chris negotiated a better price from the original price and on the day of the final walk through Chris noticed and mentioned small issues I didn’t see before signing on the house! Chris’s communication and professionalism was beyond what I expected from a realtor! If I was to ever move again or if anyone ever asks. I would highly recommend Chris!

We had multiple offers in one day Amy was very friendly and honest with us to prepare the sale of our home We were able to sell it for well above the asking price My wife and I would say it was very tension free in having Amy as our realtor

We had the unfortunate experience of 4 signed real estate agreements which did not work out. George was reassuring and optimistic that eventually we would find the right buyer which we did. After we moved out of our house, he went above and beyond the call of duty whenever we had a showing. Since we then lived 3 hours away, before the showing, he went to our house, opened the blinds and set the thermostat to a comfortable setting. After the showing, he returned to close the blinds and change the thermostat back. Once following a snow storm, he even went and shoveled the driveway so the prospective buyers would not have to walk in the snow to get to the front door. Since George lived in the same town as we did, he had excellent knowledge of the real estate market and especially the market in our development. George was always professional and frequently had helpful ideas when negotiating with buyers. He responded to all of our questions and concerns throughout the process in a timely manner.

Amber is more than knowledgeable on the market, and how to get your home sold. She is patient, understanding, and empathetic when needed. As we all know real estate transactions barely ever go exactly as planned and Amber comes prepared with backup plans and persistence that is never-ending.
