Contacted Chris just to say we are now beginning to look for a new home! Explained what we were looking for and the next day we drove down to Delaware because Chris had 5 homes set up for us to look at! I wanted to drop one from our list because on a site it said high flood risk. Chris said let me look into it before you take it off the list. An hour later he had contacted the development company, looked at fema maps and determined that was not the case! We looked at those 5 and the house I almost dropped from the list was the one we purchased and love! Had trouble with the sale of our house in NJ and Chris was able to get the builder to wait the extra month plus for us to close! Chris negotiated a better price from the original price and on the day of the final walk through Chris noticed and mentioned small issues I didn’t see before signing on the house! Chris’s communication and professionalism was beyond what I expected from a realtor! If I was to ever move again or if anyone ever asks. I would highly recommend Chris!

George provided me with a great sales experience. I am a first time seller and live 90 miles away from the property. From the very beginning, he was in close contact with me on a regular basis. He was always available to help with my many questions. He is very calming and talked me through each situation, a great communicator. His negotiation skills were excellent as we went through the offers and he discussed the pros and cons of each. There were a number of parts to my sales transaction, due to my living out of state. Settlement was yesterday and thanks to his knowledge and his many contacts, he continues to help me through the rest of my transaction. He is doing this in a way, to make it as easy and straightforward as he possibly can for me. George is such a kind and compassionate person and his ‘no stress’, ‘I got this’, was what I needed to hear. Each time I drove to the house, I would let him know, so that we could stay in touch and get papers reviewed and signed. Each time I left the house, he always wished me safe travels and asked me to text him when I was home. To sum it up, I can’t imagine any other person who could have made my sales experience any better.
