Working with Wiley was a great experience. After we shared our preferences, she found several homes that matched our criteria. She helped us quickly find the perfect home. It was a competitive property, and we didn’t expect to win it. However, Wiley’s negotiation skills helped us craft a strong offer that the sellers accepted. Even after closing, she connected us with reliable contractors to tailor the house to our style. We highly recommend Wiley!

Terry Riley was the perfect agent for our sale of our Condo on Sunset Island. Terry's presence, experience and history in Ocean City not only helped us to set expectations, but also assisted in handling the details in fixing minor issues, responding quickly to questions and getting answers when things didn't go as planned. (His wealth of knowledge on local vendors and support contractors provided numerous benefits during the entire process.) Terry's attention to detail ensured everyone knew the expectations and impacts of the process. This resulted in a timely completion of the transaction consistent with our plan. Terry's open, honest and friendly demeanor resulted in transparent discussions with all parties. These relationships made for a responsive set of communications leading to a sale agreement amenable to all parties. Terry has earned and deserves the highest ranking he can get. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Robin more highly. My father passed away and I needed to sell his house in Lewes, Delaware. I had never sold a house before and had no idea how to go about it. I was planning on randomly calling a few realtors in the area and using one of them. However, in the mail at the house was a note from Robin, who it turns out had been the real estate agent years ago when my mom and dad bought the house. It was just a nice note checking up on my father because she had heard about the passing of my mom. I decided to give Robin a call, and I’m glad I did. Robin is very proactive and pleasant to work with. With me being out of state, I did not have any good contacts in terms of painters, electricians, cleaners, etc. Robin seems to know everyone in the real estate business - she has a network of people that she has worked with before and trusts to do a good job. For any work that we needed done, Robin called them directly and arranged everything. I can’t stress enough how helpful this was for me, since I don’t live in the area. Throughout the whole process, Robin was a calming presence who got out in front of any issues. Her performance was superb. You won’t find a better, more knowledgeable, and professional real estate agent.
