Responsive and knowledgeable

Sandy was responsive from the start, never leaving me "hanging". She knew exactly what to do, when to do it, and whom to do it with. I needed some cosmetic work as well as a full carpet install, and she came thru with an awesome handyman as well as a flooring contractor, and they both had me scheduled within days if not hours. With this level of attention to detail, my home sold in less than 24 hours! Way to go, Sandy!!

Donna & Tracy were great. My 1st home & wanted to downsize. They listened to my needs & supported & guided me thru both settlements. They found exactly what I wanted. I do not think with out both of them I would have made it thru all of it. I would highly recommend them.
