I live in New Delhi, India and in order to find the right home for my family Blair Smith had to be my eyes and feet for many weeks. When I thought the home inspection fee was too high he found a trusted company that saved me $150.00. When the home owners had some utilities shut off on the day of the inspection he rescheduled and personally supervised a 2nd inspection at no extra cost. We met Paul by chance while we were looking at homes on a Sunday and it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. We had just moved from California to Atlanta and didn't know much about the area. Paul was knowledgeable and VERY patient with us as my wife and I had some conflicting ideas about what we were looking for. Paul was the consummate professional. He did a great job showing us a variety of options that met our criteria and ultimately the house that we purchased. I highly recommend Paul.
