I worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years in all sorts of capacities. I worked with literally hundreds of agents over the course of my career. Some great, some not so much. Bottom line, I know the difference between a good agent and a bad agent. Tim isn't just a good agent, he's an amazing agent. His marketing strategy is incredible. He knows Middle Tennessee like the back of his hand. He was on top of the entire process and kept me informed throughout. He didn't abandon me after the contract was written and signed but kept in touch and coordinated the entire process through closing. Due to an accident I have some limitations but Tim made sure that my needs were addressed in a kind, professional manner. I cannot imagine choosing any other agent for future real estate transactions.
