Joan Parma sold me a home in Lake Highlands after I had been renting a house in the area for two years and was ready to purchase. That was 34 years ago. When I decided to sell, there was NO question who to call. We had not only become neighbors, but friends, as well, and I could not imagine working with anyone else. Joan has excellent knowledge and outstanding experience in home sales and purchasing and she works tirelesslyly for her Clients. Not only did she get my home in Lake Highlands SOLD, but she represented me in the purchase of my new home. If you want an Agent who is outstanding in helping you SELL or BUY a home, you will not find anyone better qualified than Joan Parma.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Leigh Bates on the journey toward buying our first home in the Dallas area. Leigh is a phenomenal realtor, she knows the market, she is thorough, and she is always willing to answer questions as she guides you through the process. We had a ton of questions and Leigh was always willing to answer or to help us find the answers. Leigh demonstrated superb communication, problem solving, negotiation, and active listening skills. She was also very flexible and always showed a very positive attitude, along with tremendous patience, which made working with her very easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Leigh to our friends and family.
