I would recommend everyone and anyone to work with Nicole! She is very clear, straight forward, easy to work with, and honest! My fiance and I sold our condo and bought a new how with her. With how busy our schedules are, she was extremely accommodating for showings, meetings, and closings! I would give her more then 5 stars if I could! She has become a great friend of ours! :-)

I cannot not say enough good things about the experience with Nicole. She did an incredible job balancing out my wants/needs with the market. Once we found the home I bought, she was instrumental in moving quickly with inspection and negotiating to get me the price I was satisfied with. She knew my budget and walk away price, so helped come up with creative negotiation pieces. She has earned my trust and loyalty for all my future purchases.
