After attempting to sell my home for several months, I hired Andrea. I was concerned I would not be able to sell before the Cleveland winter. A month later, my home was sold!

Sandy has been a great realator for my family. She searched and searched for months for us to find the perfect home for our family at that time. Four years later, we were ready/needed a bigger home so we called Sandy. She found us a lovely home, a forever home, and sold our smaller home. I feel that after buying two homes and selling one home with Sandy, I know her well. Home buying and selling can be an emotional rollercoaster with its excitements, disappointments, and stresses. Sandy softened the ups and downs and definitely has some marriage therapy skills. We are so grateful for the hard work, dedication, experience, negotiation skills, and relationships she has developed with other realtors in the area. She’s just a great realtor; we have been so happy with her.
