We’re a family that is moving cross country from Washington State to the Cleveland, Ohio area. As stressful as this journey has been, buying a home has been the easiest portion of the journey as Berna Kisin went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to see the homes that we were making offers on (interested in) and the homes were viewable through FaceTime during walkthroughs. Berna was also flexible with her calendar as there was a three hour time difference between us. She would work after hours to meet our unorthodox available times for walkthroughs. At the end of the day, through Berna’s experience and professionalism, Berna was able to get us a home after a few attempts in a very demanding market in the Cleveland area. She stayed positive and kept us calm as we struggling to get offers excepted.
