She also markets to other areas which is who ended up buying our house. She took the time to advise us HONESTLY about how we should present our home, how we should price our home, and how soon we should get it on the market! We felt we had a great place to sell, but it needed to be seen that way to the public! Tracey had awesome pictures taken, and it included what we loved and felt others would love about our house. Her online posting generated good interest, and we sold our home on the first day it went live! Tracey was diligent in working with us, honest in all her advice and she was ALWAYS available to answer our questions (of which there were many!!). She took the time to make sure we didn't overprice our home (a pet peeve of ours when people do that!) so that it would sell quickly--and it did! She worked with us throughout the process to make sure we were always updated on any things that we needed to be updated on. She was also quite a fun person to work with!
