I have known Ruth for many years. Who knew that during the sale of our home that had solar panels on it, that they would have been the drawback to so many people. We worked and she worked to answer all the questions, and yet still we had to remove the panels. Ruth did her market comps and we hoped it would have gone for more—and it would have without the panels.
