Tessa was absolutely amazing! She is extremely passionate about what she does and she’s really good at it. I went from really stressed out about selling the house to completely relieved after initially reaching out to her. She assured me I had nothing to worry about, ran preliminary figures, and scheduled a walk through closer to when we were going to list the house. During her walk through she again assured me that I had nothing to worry about (I was concerned about all sorts of minor cosmetic things). She arranged for the house to be cleaned, minor contract work, and pictures taken. I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
