We relocated from out of town and he spent time in advance of our house buying visit talking through options on the phone and really listening to what we were looking for. He gave recommendations and also shared pros and cons with us on houses we brought forward. When we came in for the weekend to house shop, he showed us 12 houses in one day as well as showing us the various suburbs we were looking at. He was knowledgeable about all the communities.
