This was my first home buying process. I’m so glad I went with Joanne. She was very knowledgeable on the suburbs I was looking to buy in. I ended up closing on a house in the suburb I wanted the most! I had a set of criteria I was looking for in my first house. A good neighborhood, a house requiring some DIY so I can get a deal, and of course a good price. Joanne had me booked for 3 showings the next day. Guess what? The first day of our showings I wanted to make an offer on a house. Joanne acted quick and submitted an offer below list because she believed the comparables justified my offer…. After some back and forth I closed on the house for 10k under listing price and it fit all my wants! I couldn’t be happier. I’ve said it a few times, but I’ll say it again.
