I ended up closing on a house in the suburb I wanted the most! I had a set of criteria I was looking for in my first house. A good neighborhood, a house requiring some DIY so I can get a deal, and of course a good price. Joanne had me booked for 3 showings the next day. Guess what? The first day of our showings I wanted to make an offer on a house. Joanne acted quick and submitted an offer below list because she believed the comparables justified my offer….
