We have been working with Tim for a few years now. My family has 2 units in the South Loop and both units have been rented for over a decade now. In no time, Tim would always find amazing tenants. So lucky! We finely decided to sell both units. We were worried about spending too much on renovations, but Tim managed to keep that from happening. Tim immediately took action! Had amazing photos taken, fixed minor issues and always kept me up to date with what he thought was best. Being out of state, I felt a bit lost on what to do or not to do.
