We purchased and sold our home with Richard. The thing that set Rich apart from other realtors that we had in the past was his determination, availability, and professionalism. He always got back to us quickly with any questions or concerns we had. Rich would even check on us after the sale periodically to see how we are doing and if there was anything further we needed. His sincerity is sublime. Rich takes the time to understand the ethos of your family and to incorporate that into the home buying experience. An exclusive ability that your not going to find anywhere else. Rich also never quit or slacked in his action. Whenever we needed to make a change or found an opposing demand unreasonable, Rich would figure out a solution. He really knows how to navigate to aquire the best result possible. We truly have had a great and fun experience with Rich. Home buying and selling can be very stressful, but having a top tier agent like Rich in your corner gives you peace of mind.
