We had the privilege of working with Kelly O’Brien at Coldwell Banker, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. From the moment we began the process of selling our home, she took the time to understand our goals and provided insightful advice every step of the way. What really stood out was Kelly‘s ability to price our home perfectly. She conducted a thorough market analysis and used her expertise to set a price that was considerably higher than we initially expected. Thanks to her strategy and planning, we received multiple offers, and our home sold for well above what we had hoped for! Kelly’s professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made the entire experience smooth, and stress-free. If you’re looking for a realtor, who not only knows the market inside and out, but also goes above beyond to ensure the best possible outcome, Kelly O’Brien is the one to trust.
