As a first-time home buyer, I can't recommend Matt enough. He was absolutely incredible every step of the way, both in the overall process and coordinating between all the parties involved. Never once did we feel lost, confused or that we couldn't give Matt a call (which we did) whenever we had questions.He gave us great recommendations for our attorney, inspectors, contractors, etc. and was able to foster a great working relationship with the seller's agent as well.We know that Matt's going to not just be our agent for our next home sale/purchase, but we've already told all of our local family and friends that they would be making a mistake not working with him as well!
