Laurie is A Diamond in the Rough! A Cut Above! My initial conversation with Laurie was unrelated to buying or selling a home, but by the end of our phone call I did express a future interest in listing my home when “the time was right”. Although this interest was shared, at no time thereafter did Laurie make repeated calls to me or pressure me to list my home on a timeline other than my own. Not only a pleasant surprise, given the high pressure world we live in, but a direct result of Laurie’s confidence in her abilities and the high level of professionalism she possesses. When I did decide to sell our home, it was without reservation that Laurie was trusted to be the person to navigate the process. Her advanced expertise, network of contacts and knowledge of the market allowed for a seamless transaction. She exceeded our expectations and is in a class above the rest!

Shari Jones helped us find and buy our new home in West Hartford. She could not do enough for us - from getting questions answered, referring professionals for other services, requesting times for us to take measurements - the list is long. And she did all this with a delightful smile and can-do attitude. She's a hard-working, smart agent that will go the extra mile for you. The whole process was smooth and without stress - consider calling Shari, we are thrilled that we did.
