I cannot begin to describe how thorough and prompt Shari is and all this is aside from the fact that her personality is great, so she's easy to talk to. Shari was the quickest to respond to us when we were looking for a realtor and she maintained that when dealing with any issue that popped up. Mick sold my house, thank God. I said to Mich I will only give you minimum time to sell my house which is 90 days (April) and he said with confidence, I won't need 90 days and he kept his word. I was in a solid contract (May). It was challenging but I really wanted to downsize, and Mich did it for me. I moved out by the end of June. I give Mich high recommendations, I was assured that he is honest and is very experienced and knows real estate, he supported my best interest, he did research in all housing aspects and let me know if renovations were certified by the city. I'd hired him all over again. ***** happy homeowner
