We have worked several times now with the Strong Oestreich Elwell Team buying and selling homes. When we decided to make the move to Connecticut, we were paired up with Kat Tambor. Kat was extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to find us the perfect house. From the beginning up until closing, Kat was with us every step of the way. She was also a great help guiding us in the negotiating process. Whenever we had a question or concern, she would get back to us right away with the answer. We would highly recommend Kat. She was a pleasure to work with.

Ruth was very helpful and walked us thru every step of the process from quickly narrowing down our list to our desired house, putting down an offer and working with the seller's agent and our lawyer to coordinate a smooth closing. She takes the time to get to know you and what you are looking for and doesn’t push homes that are out of your range or likes. She is professional, responsive to our every question and concern. She offers advice and help with each step of the process which reduces so much of our stress. She is always positive and goes out of her way to make things work out. We would absolutely recommend Ruth to our relatives and friends cause she’s an agent who really wants to find you a place to call home.

George was extremely helpful during the entire house search and purchase process. Often meeting early on weekends or late at night after work, George was always working to meet our schedule. Great experience for our first home purchase
