Ruth was very helpful and walked us thru every step of the process from quickly narrowing down our list to our desired house, putting down an offer and working with the seller's agent and our lawyer to coordinate a smooth closing. She takes the time to get to know you and what you are looking for and doesn’t push homes that are out of your range or likes. She is professional, responsive to our every question and concern. She offers advice and help with each step of the process which reduces so much of our stress. She is always positive and goes out of her way to make things work out.
