Real estate teams in Old Lyme

There are Realtors who help you sell a house, and then there are people like Joe Loguidice, who make you feel completely cared for throughout the entire journey. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Joe, the entire Bill Heenan Team, and their construction team. From the very beginning, Joe understood that this was more than just a real estate transaction—it was an important and emotional transition in my life. He handled every detail with professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. He answered every question and often anticipated what I needed before I even knew to ask. Joe’s knowledge of the market is exceptional, and his experience and negotiation skills gave me complete confidence that he was always protecting my best interests. His communication was outstanding—I was kept informed at every step, always knew what to expect, and never felt as though I had to chase down an answer. He is incredibly responsive and committed to his clients, but what makes him truly exceptional is his kindness and heart. Joe and his team went above and beyond at every turn, making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel simple, seamless, and even special. I always knew I was in the very best hands. I will always be grateful to Joe and the entire Bill Heenan Team for the care, guidance, and support they gave me from start to finish. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, I cannot recommend them highly enough. You will not simply have an outstanding Realtor and team working for you—you will have people who genuinely care about you.
