I am from California and was being transferred to CT. I have never lived on the east coast and did not know much about the homes in the area. I had to rely on Greg 100% to educate me and steer me in the right direction. I flew to CT for a 3 day trip with the goal of hunting down that house that I would live in for the next 3 years. I sent Greg a list of 16-20 homes that I was interested in. He met with me on Zoom the weekend prior to my arrival and he went over each home. By the time we were done, we had narrowed it down to 8.
