To add fuel to the fire, I had one of the worst property managers stealing from and costing me thousands of dollars in lost revenue. After a grueling 5 months, the building finally got sold with Ashley's help, despite the property manager being uncooperative and ignoring my attorney's emails. She was always there for me and made a huge effort in helping out whenever she could, even going in person to the building on my behalf because I was unable to do so given the long distance I live.
