A breath of fresh air

I reached out to Ashley as I noticed she was in my FB group for help in selling a nightmare of a property. This was a 6 unit building in one of the worst neighborhoods of Hartford. To add fuel to the fire, I had one of the worst property managers stealing from and costing me thousands of dollars in lost revenue. Bad tenants, empty apartments sitting for months on end, forcing me to pay the mortgage out of my own pocket. Ashley gave me hope and reassured me everything would work out fine. After a grueling 5 months, the building finally got sold with Ashley's help, despite the property manager being uncooperative and ignoring my attorney's emails. She was always there for me and made a huge effort in helping out whenever she could, even going in person to the building on my behalf because I was unable to do so given the long distance I live.
