Real estate teams in Groton

Market knowledge was top notch, communication with agent was prompt, respectful and very knowledgeable, negotiating the best price for the property. Very pleased with the experience I had with this team. Pretty impressed actually. They are great! You won’t be disappointed with this team!

Since I was living in Texas at the time, working with Thomas Gunning made purchasing a new home back in Connecticut a reality. Tom's advice in using an incremental beat of $1000 over the highest bid of competing buyers enabled me to get the condo I desired. Working with Tom was always a pleasure.

Both my Family and I have worked with Elisha on several occasions on both the buying and selling side. She is always ready to go and ready to win! This property is actually one that she helped me secure an approved offer on months prior to purchasing before the seller pulled out the first time. As soon as it came back on the market, she was prepared to quickly make the offer and secure us the deal ( for a second time). Working with her is easy, pleasurable and she has never once pressured any of us into making an offer that was not advantageous to us. She is truly there to make sure you have a stress free time securing the best property, at the best rate. She uses creative negotiation skills and is on top of communication with the realtor, appraiser and everyone needed to make a deal happen and close it as quickly as possible! Will always reach out to Elisha when in need to sell or purchase!
