I've lived in several states and have bought and sold many houses in the past four decades. With the exception of one realtor, I've always had favorable experiences. Because of Erik's guidance and expertise, I was comfortable with making an offer on a house in Bristol, from hundreds of miles away. The experience was wonderful, I absolutely love my new house, and I've never lived in a more friendly neighborhood. No other realtor has ever given me this type of dedicated service.
