As it turns out, selling a house in a divorce situation can be challenging. Tony's communication and managing the process between my ex-wife and myself was essential from the beginning to the end as she and I were not talking to each other. He continuously kept us both informed, displayed outstanding patience and tolerance, handled obstacles with extreme professionalism, and overcame situations that was frustrating to navigate through with all the parties involved including the lawyers involved and the buyer's team. Tony expressed to me how as the process played out how this was one of the most difficult sells he's experienced, but he never backed down and pushed forward with honesty and integrity. His work ethic was tremendous and when I voiced my personal frustrations he continuously reassured me that the challenges we faced would work out. I never lost trust in Tony and I'm grateful he took on this endeavor and was the point man in this sell. In the end with all the extended delays and detours, the house finally closed and I attribute that to Tony's professionalism, determination, and positive attitude. He mentioned to me quite a few times that his number one goal is to find the best outcome for all parties involved and to provide the best service possible in the selling and buying process.
