Anika was recommended to us by a NY realtor and I could not recommend someone more highly. This was our first purchase of a property and Anika was exceptionally helpful throughout the full transaction. She of course has a wealth of knowledge of Connecticut real estate, but she also has an engineering background as an added bonus. We did not use all of the vendors she recommended, however, all of them she did recommend were excellent and professional as well. I will be recommending her to friends.

Irene was fabulous, held my hand the entire process selling my first place, called me and kept me on a timeline which I needed, her energy was just contagious and she was really forward thinking always. She is such a pleasure and guided me when I had questions as a first time buyer AND seller 4 years later. She really helped me hold strong during my closing due to hiccups as well. She also helped me sell and get rid of a couch when I was not in the area to handle it myself and went above and beyond!!!
