A job well done

We chose Laura to represent the sale of our longstanding family home on New Canaan. As a long term resident of town herself, we felt that she fully understood the nuances of the overall market as well as how our home would interact with the market. In short, she covered the macro elements to the micro elements. She was able to provide us with a thorough market survey at the outset of the process as well as insight as to demand trends and the factors that can and do influence pricing. Beyond the numbers, she was also able to effectively advise on the types of improvements to the house/property that would add value and allow us to minimize time on the market. To wit, the house sold in less than a week. We are very pleased with the outcome and the process leading up to it.
