Count yourself fortunate to have found Liz Bacon. Without Liz's foresight and experience, our family would have been renting a vastly inferior home for the same price as it was to purchase our forever home. She skillfully guided us through a real estate market with very tight supply and soaring demand. When we were initially planning to rent, Liz saved us countless hours by driving by or visiting listings when we were not available and scheduling inspections. Kelly stood by me, supported me, and was exceptionally attentive during a very difficult real estate climate. Through many disappointments of not acquiring homes I was ultimately settling for due to pressure of my lease running out, Kelly remained optimistic and thoughtful in her process with me.
