First, to help us find our home and then to sell the same home. She went above and beyond both times . When Kim had to sell our home , she was so involved in every aspect of the sale ; from staging our home,to getting professional photos of our place, setting up an open house and then getting a higher price than anyone expected. Her communication skills allow her to get out in front of issues and get your place top dollar. Her negotiation skills make it easier to come up with a favorable price. Her market knowledge allows her to set a solid base of where the deal should be. She is very thorough with the preparation of your sale by pointing out things that can help move the unit faster. And if there are things that need attention, she has the network to get someone in there immediately. She keeps in touch multiple times weekly to supply new information.
