Working with Lisa was a wonderful experience. Almost four years ago she helped us find a beautiful home in Derby in which we totally loved. Our family had some amazing milestones in this home over the four years. But, due to the fact that we needed to move closer to family, we had to move on from our home. If she didn't know the answer to something, which was rare, she was truthful and was able to complete successful and scholarly research to get us the correct answers. She never once led us in the wrong direction. Not once. Most importantly, she went the extra mile to truly understand who we were as human beings in order to find out what home would best fit our needs. I cannot say enough how compassionate, positive and professional she was during this process. I would say her negotiation skills are one her strong suits even in the most difficult and stressful times of negotiations. I was continuously impressed with her organizational skills. She even conducted outside research, without our request, to answer any questions we had---- before we even asked the question! She is amazing. I cannot recommend her enough. I have already recommended her services to my family members, closest friends and even colleagues.
