Chris made the process of buying a potentially lifelong home absolutely seamless. He has a vast and intuitive knowledge of the SW Connecticut market, nothing about the process shocked us because he prepared us for just about every contingency. Once we found the home Chris was someone I very much appreciated having on our side during the negotiating process.
