Dave Luzi was exceptional throughout our transaction. He is incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and completely trustworthy — exactly what you want in a realtor, especially during a complex sale. He put in long hours to navigate a difficult process and never missed a beat. What truly set Dave apart was his expertise and foresight. He was instrumental in adding specific contractual language that ultimately protected us in a dispute later on — a dispute that was resolved in our favor because of his attention to detail and deep understanding of the process. That level of strategic thinking made a real difference. He also has a strong working knowledge of home mechanical systems and structural red flags, which was invaluable during inspections and negotiations. When additional evaluation was needed, he had trusted expert contacts ready to step in, ensuring we had the right information to make informed decisions. We are extremely grateful for his dedication, professionalism, and insight, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and committed real estate professional.
