I've bought my first home a multi-family with Jerry back in 2021. This first home is a great investment that generated equity in just a few years. I have been following Jerry's advise to cash-out the equity and reinvested it in another multi-family which is now in 2025 my second home and rental property. I'm very intrigued with real estate as a source of investment and I owe it all to Jerry Z. I'm quite fortunate that I have met Jerry and I'm looking forward to work with him in more future projects to come.
