I had the distinct pleasure of working with Kate King (William Raveis West Hartford) for both a sale and a purchase of real estate in West Hartford both within the last 7 months. My son Kevin was the buyer/seller but I was working closely with him. Kate is everything you would want in a real estate agent. She's smart, hardworking, incredibly available, personable , never frustrated always positive and reassuring. On the sales side she is truly an expert on staging a home for sale. She is also knowledgable on what improvements make sense financially to do to a house to make it more marketable. On the buyers side Kate understands hot to navigate this unique market we have now with low inventory and houses selling for much higher than asking prices following bidding wars. Randy was very responsive always on time for showings. Showed us a variety of properties. There was not a lot of inventory, and we were working from long distance. We were moving from Fl to CT. Our condo in FL sold much quicker than expected so time was a factor. We were renting from the buyer, who was anxious to move in. We were under a lot of pressure. Randy's calm demeaner and patience was appreciated.

Joe took the time to show me all the properties I was interested in while pointing out highlights of the neighboring areas. I was moving from out of state so Joe's knowledge of the area was indispensable. Joe's experience in the real-estate business was evident while helping me navigate through the entire process which had to be done at a distance. After my offer on a property was accepted Joe did a lot of the legwork locally to help complete the process.
