Joe took the time to show me all the properties I was interested in while pointing out highlights of the neighboring areas. I was moving from out of state so Joe's knowledge of the area was indispensable. Joe's experience in the real-estate business was evident while helping me navigate through the entire process which had to be done at a distance. After my offer on a property was accepted Joe did a lot of the legwork locally to help complete the process.

Getting back to me very promptly whenever I texted, Jade was also extremely quick to make viewing arrangements and make herself available to look at houses at times convenient to my schedule. It was a pleasure walking through houses with her, in part because I never had any sense that she was trying to 'sell' a property -- she was fun to note features with and was very clearly there just to work with me to help me find the perfect house for my family's needs.
