He advised me on getting the property ready to sell, helped me stage it, and took photos that made it really shine. During the closing I ran into a complication (entirely my own fault) and Sebastian helped me figure out a plan and connect with a service provider to resolve the issue. Property transactions can be emotional and stressful and having a trusted realtor makes such a huge difference. Sebastian is knowledgeable about the market and all the ins and outs of homeownership and I felt confident about the decisions he helped me make.
