Her composure and patience after we had been out bid a many times kept us going. Her knowledge of house integrity set us up for success to ensure we were bidding on a property that met our needs and what we could anticipate to look at if we needed to renovate. All of this led us down to our purchase of our first home. Even in this, there were bumps in the road, but she kept her ears open and when the time was right, we were able to work with her and the sellers to make it happen. I cannot recommend Avery enough.
