I've lived in several states and have bought and sold many houses in the past four decades. With the exception of one realtor, I've always had favorable experiences. In 2024, I needed to move to Connecticut, from Pennsylvania, and I began my search for a house online. I found one house that I was interested in and requested the help of an agent (online). Not only did he share very detailed information with me about the house itself, both inside and outside, he shared videos of the street, neighborhood and adjoining areas. Erik worked seven days a week on my project and made himself available whenever I needed him for a consult. Needless to say, Erik was 110% invested. Because of Erik's guidance and expertise, I was comfortable with making an offer on a house in Bristol, from hundreds of miles away. The experience was wonderful, I absolutely love my new house, and I've never lived in a more friendly neighborhood. No other realtor has ever given me this type of dedicated service.
