When there was a property we would visit, she always arrived early and surveyed the scene, explored the surroundings, and asked numerous questions of the seller and their agent, often discovering facts which were difficult to elicit or notice. We were able to find the right place for us, and she made sure to have the seller do the necessary repairs before closing. She knows the market well and is a valuable resource.

We have used Kelly a couple of years ago, and then again in November 2025. She was very helpful in determining the best price in both cases. The suggestions for things to repair or replace, photographs she arranged and how she listed the property were outstanding.
