When we were starting the search for a house, we connected with Alicia the minute we met her. Through the many months of negotiations with selling our condo and buying our house, Alicia worked tirelessly for us, often having late night phone conversations to keep us up to speed. It is difficult to put my feelings into words in regards to working with and my overall experience with Elizabeth. I almost feel as if the 'star' ratings and these words can simply not do justice to how much of an impact Elizabeth had on our first time home buying experience. If she didn't know the answer to something, which was rare, she was truthful and was able to complete successful and scholarly research to get us the correct answers. She never once led us in the wrong direction. Not once. Most importantly, she went the extra mile to truly understand who we were as human beings in order to find out what home would best fit our needs. I cannot say enough how compassionate, positive and professional she was during this process. I would say her negotiation skills are one her strong suits even in the most difficult and stressful times of negotiations. I was continuously impressed with her organizational skills. She even conducted outside research, without our request, to answer any questions we had---- before we even asked the question! She is amazing. I cannot recommend her enough. I have already recommended her services to my family members, closest friends and even colleagues. Dee was absolutely phenomenal! I have to admit I ask ALOT of questions and it can be difficult for the realtor. However, she was perfect! She answered everything without any hassle and almost literally walked us hand and hand into our new home! If you need anything RE then Dee is your person!
